Effectiveness of Application of WHO Multimodal Strategy for Improvement of Knowledge, Practice, and Professional Quality of Life of Nurses during COVID-19 Pandemic

Background: The application of the WHO multimodal strategy during periods outbreak of COVID-19, is great importance for improving nurses', knowledge, practice, and professional quality life. Aim: To Evaluate Effectiveness strategy on quality life a nurse's Covid-19 pandemic compare between nurses working in intensive care unit isolation word about knowledge, Design: Quasi-Experimental research design was utilized. Setting: current study was carried out at general Quwesna Hospital, Menoufia governorate, Egypt. At wards COVID-19 patients (ICU). Subject: purposive sample (110) providing direct patients, they were divided into two groups group one: (45) ICU Study two: (57) isolation wards. Tools: Tool I- socio-demographic medical data. (2): nurses knowledge assessment. (3): practice Observational checklist, (4) Professional Quality Life scale (ProQOL). Results: A highly significant difference found both pre/post guidelines and mean scores. Compassion Satisfaction increased from an average level to high level burnout decreased low-level post-intervention strategy. Conclusions: had been proven significantly increase score nurses. Recommendations: Applications replication using large probability different geographical area allow greater generalization results
